Freeman Elliott - “I’ll Be With You In A Shake” from the 1951 Artist Sketch Pad - Elliott created his Artist Sketch Pad’s for Brown & Bigelow from 1949 through 1951. His illustrations were whimsical in nature and all included some comments related to the sketches he produced. In addition to working with Brown & Bigelow, he did work with Esquire Magazine and was featured on the covers of Hearst Pictorial Weekly during the 1950’s.
